Today I was trying to link a video in the regular format that you can actually see it on the forums, but when I tried to I only got the link to the video.

After I figured this out it was because I was linking from a https connection rather than http.

Allowing to embed videos would be a nice thing, or even switching to the https type of connection, as that is harder to security problems with.

I would assume a youtube vid of some sort and Erkrez might've been doing the embed thing wrong? I don't know shit about forum code, but I know the "insert video" button works, so that's good enough for me, lol.

Basicaly all you have to do is type in [video]"insert url here without quotes"[/video...] without the ...
But the insert video does exactly the same anyway.

p.s. if you are trying to upload a gif use [img].[/img...] instead
