Yeah I was thinking as I watched it that I would like to play that game except where you just try to destroy the city instead of it being a fighting game.
If you want a game where you just destroy the city, "Eat Them!" is for you. Especially the fact that the police don't realize that their swat teams help more than they hurt, as they make a nice light snack and are full of energy.

I rented this game from a video store once as a child. I hated it. Immensely.
But, I found this video pretty funny. It reminded me of the hilarious WWF game you played a while back. And just like Danny said, it's great when Roamin wins, since he loses so much.
If you were expecting a game like Rampage, but you could move in three dimensions, Rampage: Total Destruction for Wii, Gamecube, and PS2 is like that. I've never played it, but it looks decent.
If you were looking for another fighter, I used to play "War of the Monsters" on PS2 with my cousin a lot, it was pretty fun. There's also Godzilla: Save the Earth(never played it but it got great reviews), and Godzilla Unleashed(which I have played and it's HORRIBLE). Just some suggestions if you're looking for something else to play that has a similar style of King of the Monsters.
in the arcade version, you had:
6 characters to choose from
a 2 player co-op tournament mode (like was asked for in the video) where you try to become "king of the monsters"
better overall gameplay
unlimited continues
and you are going to downlad "kawaks v1.62"
and you are going to play arcade games on arcade game emulators and stop complaining about how bad these ports are!!!
please and thank you.
i also apologize for my anger, but this is like me playing a poorly made mario/zelda/(insert awesome childhood game here) flash game, and judging the entire series off of it.
the reason why neogeo games were so expensive was because they had arcade game quality games. so instead of this horrible snes port, you got the better quality version.
