Army of Two (AO2 or Ao2) is a co-op third-person shooter with a focus on cooperative and coordinated strategies, somewhat like Gears of War. Players will join up with either the game's built-in "Partner Artificial Intelligence" (PAI) or other players "to fight through war, political turmoil and a conspiracy so vast it threatens the entire world." Story details are vague at the moment, but the game has been designed to necessitate teamwork; some missions may be close to impossible to complete without cooperation with the PAI. The story is about fictionalized Private Military Contractor partners, characterized as mercenaries.

I got the game, and its pretty good, i did have one problem, for the last hour or two its just big firefights and they can be incredibly frustrating also, the game can get a little repetitive and is a little short (8-11 hours)

GT gave this game like a 7.0 or something. Just by hearing 2 and a half seconds of the dialog I'd rather play Green Grass and High Tides on Rockband instead of playing this game for 1 minute.

Green Grass and High Tides is the best song on Rock Band, so I'd agree :P I do like Ao2 though.

Its honest torture on drums. Foreplay/Longtime is MUCH better for drums.

Oh, well I usually do vocals and guitar at the same time, foreplay/longtime is fun on guitar, hell on vocals. BOSTON FTW.

well c'mon rock band is awesome. army of two is just ok, i mean everyone has played it before in a lot of other shooters. doesn't bring that much new gameplay elements to the genre. weapon customization is by far the best part in the whole game. oh and if you are buying this game, always play with a friend, playing by yourself is just torture because even with the commands you will almost always have aggro and it just isn't as much fun alone. And looking at that picture makes me wish you could dual wield an assault rifle and a rpg   :0

Reviewers bashed this game pretty hard, but it's a darn fun game. The story mode may be short but the co-op madness is where its at. The multiplayer mode is great to, but sadly EA messed up the matchmaking so it takes a while to get into a game and if one person leaves the whole match ends. If you get into a game though you WILL have fun.

This game is pretty awesome campaign-wise, but the multiplayer versus is ok...
