I don't really use Guy that much either. When it comes to swords, I mainly use cavalry and Legault (funny thing is that I started to use Mathew more consistently but then I obtained Legault and he had better stats). I'll always have some sword users on the battlefield, but they don't get much action in.

@Hard mode: I got mixed up with Hector Hard Mode.

I'm not on Hector mode yet (I'm near the end of Eliwood's campaign), but I actually don't use Raven all that much. The people that I love are Dorcas, Erk, Canas, and Oswen ("the wall"). Just got Heath, though, and I plan to use him a lot, simply because Wyvernns are awesome. Tried using Florina and her silly Pegasi, but I found them to be retardation. I make efforts to keep everyone alive, but one of them died on me and I didn't care.

Canas is the strongest unit in that game.

Matthew, Serra, Canas, Dart, Raven, Guy, Hector, Lyn, Eliwood, Florina, Nino, and Rebecca. Throw in Ninian or Nils.

I've played that game on hard mode and beaten it seven times now. Trust me when I say that these are your Golden Units.

No love for the Axes? I always have Dorcas and Hector with me, but I like to throw in Bartre when I have the space.

Dorcas...he's simply far too awesome to be ignored. I'd always take advantage of his axes before I promoted him, and now he's my prime bow user.

I know how good erk is, I just don't use him.

Dart is an axe user, and also gets that crit bonus when he promotes. Raven can also use axes when he promotes.

If he was a pirate, it's impossible to have 21 strength. The cap is 20

In the level you get Dorcas, fly Florina to the top right corner and have her sit on the forest. Instant 3-5 levels. Then she's too good to slow down for the rest of the game.

I will be honest though, Sonia is a cow. A ruthless instant kill Cow. When I was on my first play through, she slaughtered half my squad. When I go back and play the game again I always have Nino or Jaffar kill her just to make her demise a little sweeter.
