Donations: How to get white-listed for games

All donations go toward the cost of the server that hosts DvZ and beer for Rob.

Here are some rules and guidelines. Please read ALL OF THIS before donating.
Donation is a set amount of 5$ for one night (usually 3 games). Please be aware, this is a donation! If you are going to be rude in any way, shape, or form, we will ask you please refrain from donating. We do this for fun, so being rude to us and demanding things will not get you anywhere!

1. You get white-listed for One Night.
2. You will need to sign up for a night in advance in order to be white-listed.
3. If you break policies you can still be banned. Just because you donate does not give you leave to break rules!
4. Up to ~40 slots can be white-listed in this manner. (Donation Slots)
5. If the server doesn't work or we are unable to play, your "turn" will not be used up. You will automatically be given a "date refund". If you want a money refund, you will need to email me at krysta@wittywizard.com.
6. If you get a money refund, we ask you please refrain from donating in the future!
7. Donations only work for the games Rob (Rurikar22) plays.
8. Fridays and Saturdays (potentially Sunday) 7:30pm EST- 1am EST are the times you can be "donation white-listed".
   IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THESE TIMES DO NOT DONATE.
9. You will need to ask to be removed from the whitelist IN ADVANCE of the games, if you are unable to make a night.
10. You are allowed to donate as often as you want.
11. You will need a forum account to donate.

How do I donate?
You will need a forum account to donate. You can go here.
Or basically to get there, go to your settings and under My Account there is an option called "Paid Subscriptions". You will need to select the Paid Spot for DvZ.

What happens next?
After you have donated, a new sub-forum will be available to you. There will be more information posted there as to how you can sign up. You MUST post, as you will need to post your minecraft username and the email you want the IP sent to.

I live in _____ and we don't have CAN dollars, can I still donate?
Of course! Paypal will automatically make the currency exchange for you, and at a competitive rate, too!


Do you have to donate to be able to play?
No! We still white-list in the regular way. (Sign-Ups)

Is the person making the donation allowed to schedule their whitelisting for any date if they want to, even if they know that they have scheduled for a date without any games?
You are only allowed to schedule their white-listing for approved dates. They will be listed below.

If the person donates in multiple of fives, could they get X-amount of donation spots for the amount of money they donated? If so, would it be applicable to give the slots to other people or use them for later dates?
Yes and yes.

If certain issues come up before the game and the person that donated can not make the games, is there any precautions that can take place to guarantee a place in a different game?
If they e-mail me in advance of the games, I can remove them from that day's white list and they will be able to sign up for another date.

If you have any problems, take them up with me, not Rob. I can be reached at krysta@wittywizard.com. I will be doing all the work for the donation stuff, and Rob won't be able to help you very much. ~_~ He is quite busy elsewhere!

I keep getting the error "Witty Wizard Forums does not have any paid subscriptions available to which you can subscribe".
Your forum account hasn't been verified. Please check your e-mail, including your spam folder. If you haven't received an e-mail in a few hours, feel free to e-mail me (krysta@wittywizard.com) or send me a PM on the forums. I can force activate it if I need to.

Can I pay to be permanently white-listed?
No. Unfortunately we don't want to put an amount on this. Why? We don't want you to feel like you didn't get your money's worth. We put a set amount on a night for this reason. If $5 isn't worth one night to you, then you don't have to pay for it!

I just want to donate money cause you're awesome. I don't care about no "white-list".
