Hey, I'm Irishxlily (aka Jess), and I'm a part of the behind the scene staff members on URealms as one of the artists. I've been a fan of the show since the beginning and was scouted by Rob on twitter to start doing T-shirt designs in 2016 (mid. season 2). Since then, my role has expanded into doing posters, illustrations, some card art, concept art, and other random drawings that need to be done for the show/website.
